Questions
Where are you based, and do you have an office in Saudi Arabia or the UAE?
Digital Space Co is based in Lahore, Pakistan and has no office in the GCC. We work remotely with schools and restaurant groups in Saudi Arabia and the UAE. Our studio is in Bahria Town, Lahore. We work in English.
How do you handle time zones?
Our working hours are Monday to Saturday, 10:00-19:00 Pakistan time (08:00-17:00 in Riyadh, 09:00-18:00 in Dubai). Calls run by video within those hours. Choose your time zone in the form and tell us when you are free, and we will suggest a time that fits.
What should I include in my message?
What you have now and what you want to change. For a school, that might be the number of campuses, your curricula and when your next admissions season starts. For a restaurant group, the number of branches, the cities they are in and the delivery apps you use. Please leave out any personal data about pupils, parents or customers.
Do you store pupils' or parents' data?
No. Digital Space Co does not host or store pupil or parent data: admissions enquiry forms deliver directly to the school's own email or CRM. This form asks only about your organisation, so please do not include any pupil's personal information.
