International school marketing and admissions websites, Saudi Arabia and the UAE

Digital Space Co builds admissions websites, search visibility and enrolment-season campaigns for international and private schools in Saudi Arabia and the UAE. We are a Lahore studio working remotely, with published prices from USD 500 a month and the website build included. The work starts with your admissions path: how a family finds you, asks, visits and enrols.

For admissions teams who need more qualified enquiries and fewer families lost between enquiry and enrolment. Built in Lahore, delivered remotely.

Who we work with

We work with international and private K-12 schools in Saudi Arabia and the UAE, from a single campus to a group of two to five campuses. British, American, IB, Indian and other curricula all fit. In Saudi Arabia, that includes private (ahliyya) schools that run bilingual or international programmes.

We plan and write for the people who own admissions and sign off the budget: the Head or Director of Admissions, the Marketing Officer or Manager, the Head of School, the Business Manager or Bursar, and the owner or board. We use the words your admissions team uses (open mornings, year groups, re-enrolment deadlines) and plan around your academic calendar rather than a generic marketing year. Packages are scoped by campus; the detail is in pricing for schools.

Not a fit:

  • Nurseries and early-years settings as the main focus (a kindergarten section on a school website is fine)
  • Universities and other higher education
  • Tutoring centres and edtech products
  • Parents looking for a school: we cannot help families choose or apply
  • Group-wide central procurement: a group buying for many schools at once needs a quoted proposal, not a package

The admissions path we work on

Our school admissions marketing follows the six stages a family moves through: visibility, enquiry, visit, offer, enrolment (enrollment, in American spelling) and, a year later, re-enrolment. We plan the work stage by stage, so the effort goes where your school is losing families, and each stage has its own measure, from enquiries received and visits attended to offers accepted and families who re-enrol. For the full diagnosis, read where schools lose families between enquiry and enrolment; to set out the year, start from the school marketing plan template.

Visibility

What goes wrong: the school’s pages do not answer what families search for, such as curriculum, fees and location, and the details on the website, Google and school directories disagree.

What we deliver: fees, curriculum and admissions pages written for those searches, one accurate Google Business Profile per campus and directory profiles that match your website, through our local SEO and Google Maps work.

Enquiry

What goes wrong: the enquiry form is hard to find, asks for too much too early, or lands in an inbox nobody checks at the weekend, so the family asks another school instead.

What we deliver: a short enquiry path on every relevant page, built into our website packages, and a confirmation page that tells the family what happens next. Digital Space Co does not host or store pupil or parent data: admissions enquiry forms deliver directly to the school’s own email or CRM.

Visit

What goes wrong: tours and open mornings are announced late or in one place, and families who book are not reminded, so some do not turn up.

What we deliver: open-morning and tour pages with a simple booking route to your admissions team, social media campaigns for open mornings planned around your admissions calendar, and reminder and follow-up emails sent from your own systems.

Offer

What goes wrong: after the visit, a family has questions about fees, places, documents or the application portal, the answers are scattered or out of date, and the decision stalls.

What we deliver: a fees page stated in full, a clear how-to-apply page listing the steps and documents, and links from both into the admissions system you already use.

Enrolment

What goes wrong: once a family accepts, portal logins, term dates and start-of-term details arrive in pieces, and those early weeks shape how the family feels about staying.

What we deliver: new-family pages, term dates and a news archive kept current on your website, with links to your parent portal, so families find answers without chasing the admissions office.

Re-enrolment

What goes wrong: current families hear about re-enrolment when the deadline arrives, and the website shows little of the school year they are being asked to pay for again.

What we deliver: re-enrolment reminder emails planned against your fee deadlines and sent from your own CRM, plus news, events and term dates kept up to date, so the case for staying is visible all year.

School marketing agency for Saudi Arabia: Riyadh, Jeddah and the Makkah region, Eastern Province

Whichever school marketing agency you work with for Saudi Arabia, the work should start from three things the Ministry of Education publishes: the school categories, the academic calendar and the fees.

The Ministry of Education licenses private schools in distinct categories. In its definitions, a private (ahliyya) school teaches in line with the national curriculum, while an international school teaches a curriculum other than the national one. State your category, curriculum and grades on your home page, where a family sees them straight away.

Plan the admissions year against the Ministry’s academic calendar, which lists each event with its Hijri and Gregorian date. It gives 10 Rabi al-Awwal 1448 (23 August 2026) as the start of the 1448-1449 AH school year and 19 Muharram 1449 (24 June 2027) as the start of the end-of-year holiday, and it already lists 20 Rabi al-Awwal 1449 (22 August 2027) as the start of the following year. Its autumn break runs from 20 November 2026 and its mid-year break from 8 January 2027, so plan open mornings and campaign pushes around them. Private and international schools may set their own semester and holiday dates, but can move the start of the year by no more than two weeks from the approved calendar, need approval from their Education Department or International Education Office, and must tell families at least two weeks before the year begins.

Fees are public too. The same Ministry page publishes tuition fees for private, international and foreign schools, school by school and grade by grade, listed by education department from Riyadh and Jeddah to Makkah and the Eastern Province (the file posted there covers 1446 AH). A family can compare your fees page with those figures, so keep yours complete and current.

Families also compare schools on directories. YaSchools describes its listings as “data that has been updated by school officials themselves” and lets parents search, compare and book schools city by city, including Riyadh, Jeddah, Makkah, Dammam and Al Khobar. Treat that profile as part of your website: its fees, curriculum and contact details should match your own pages.

On Google, one campus gets one profile. Google’s guidelines say not to create more than one page for each location of a business, ask for the name used on your signage and website, and list schools among the business types that shouldn’t provide opening hours. We set up or clean up one accurate profile per real campus on that basis, remotely from Lahore.

Schools in the UAE: Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah

Each emirate has its own regulator, and each publishes school data that parents can check. Your website has to agree with it.

In Dubai, KHDA’s school directory shows each private school’s latest inspection rating, on a scale from Outstanding to Very weak, with its curriculum, a fees fact sheet and its academic calendar, and lets parents compare two to four schools side by side. The ratings come from the Dubai Schools Inspection Bureau, set up by a 2007 decision of Dubai’s Executive Council, which assesses every private school in the emirate.

In Abu Dhabi, ADEK regulates the private school sector and links parents to a “Find Schools and Fees” search. In June 2025 it announced School Performance Plaques at the entrance of every private school, showing the school’s latest Irtiqaa inspection rating and its National Identity Mark, and it encourages parents to look for them when they visit. Irtiqaa evaluates six core areas, from achievement and teaching to leadership.

In Sharjah, the Sharjah Private Education Authority, established by Emiri Decree No. 45 of 2018, regulates private education and approves private school fees, curricula and evaluations. Its school directory lets parents filter by annual fee range, curriculum, area and evaluation rating, and its services include an advertisement permit for educational institutions, which is worth checking before a campaign runs.

For a UAE school, we keep the rating, curriculum, fees and calendar on your website in line with what KHDA, ADEK or SPEA publishes, keep directory profiles consistent with both, and build the visit and enquiry path around the questions those pages raise. We serve UAE schools remotely from Lahore on the same packages; how an engagement runs sets out the steps and the working hours.

International schools elsewhere

International schools in other countries are welcome to use our guides: the admissions playbook and the school marketing plan template work from the marketing side of admissions, and much of their advice applies beyond the Gulf. Our services and prices are set up for schools in Saudi Arabia and the UAE; if your school is elsewhere, ask us whether we are a fit.

Questions schools ask.

Where are you based, and do you have an office in Saudi Arabia or the UAE?

Digital Space Co is based in Lahore, Pakistan and has no office in the GCC. We work remotely with schools and restaurant groups in Saudi Arabia and the UAE. Our working hours are Monday to Saturday, 10:00-19:00 Pakistan time (08:00-17:00 in Riyadh, 09:00-18:00 in Dubai). Meetings run by video call, and we work in English.

Do you have school case studies?

Not yet as named case studies, so this page shows no school logos, results or testimonials. We show working documents instead, such as the school marketing plan template and a 90-day admissions checklist, alongside our published process and prices and the websites we have designed and built for companies in Saudi Arabia, the UAE and elsewhere, labelled by sector and, where we have it on record, country. Any anonymised example we publish later will follow our editorial standards.

What does it cost for a school?

Growth, for one campus with a full admissions journey, is USD 1,000 a month on a 12-month term. Foundation, for one campus, is USD 500 a month on a 6-month term; Authority, for a group of up to five campuses, is USD 1,500 a month on a 12-month term. The website build is included in every package, with a USD 100 activation fee. Larger groups are quoted, and scope is confirmed on a call.

How soon will we see more enquiries?

We cannot promise a date or a number: enquiries depend on your market, your admissions season and the scope you choose. What we can tell you is the order of work. Month 1 is the audit, account access and the plan you approve. By month 3 the first work is live, once content and approvals are in, and monthly reports have started. At month 6 we review against the starting point recorded in month 1.

Can we own the website outright instead of a subscription?

Yes. On every package you keep your domain and the content you supply, and site ownership transfers after the minimum term or once the release fee is paid (USD 600, 900 or 1,500, depending on the package). If your board would rather buy the build outright, ask for the owned-build option: a build fee plus a shorter care plan, quoted for your school.

Do you work in Arabic?

We work in English. We have delivered English and Arabic builds, such as the website for Finsera UAE, a UAE accounting and tax firm, and we build sites with a bilingual-ready (right-to-left-ready) structure. Arabic copy is scoped and quoted separately, and it is never machine-translated.

Do you store pupils' or parents' data?

No. Digital Space Co does not host or store pupil or parent data: admissions enquiry forms deliver directly to the school's own email or CRM. When you contact us, please do not include any pupil's personal information.

Can you work with our SIS or admissions CRM?

Yes, from the website side. Student information systems, admissions CRMs and parent portals: we link and embed to your existing tools; we do not build or operate them. Enquiry and tour-booking forms deliver directly to your school's own email or CRM.

Do you handle KHDA, ADEK or Ministry of Education submissions?

No. Filings with KHDA, ADEK, SPEA and the Ministry of Education, and any advertising or influencer permit, stay with your school: we advise, and you hold them. On your website, we keep the ratings, fees and term dates you publish consistent with what your regulator publishes about your school.

Do you work with school groups?

Yes. Authority is scoped for a group of up to five campuses, at USD 1,500 a month on a 12-month term. Larger groups are quoted, and scope is confirmed on a call.

How do you handle photographs of pupils?

Photographs of pupils go on a school's website when the school supplies them through its own consent process, and we do not source pupil images anywhere else. On our own website we show no identifiable pupils and no stock photographs implying that a school is our client.

Tell us about your school.
