Who we are

Digital Space Co is based in Lahore, Pakistan and has no office in the GCC. We work remotely with schools and restaurant groups in Saudi Arabia and the UAE.

Contact and download requests

Our contact form and our download request form send your details to a PHP form handler on this website. The handler validates what you send and appends an allowlisted lead record, in JSONL format, to protected storage on our web server. Each accepted request receives an opaque lowercase 32-character lead ID.

A lead record can contain your name, work email, organisation and website; the type of organisation, market, role and number of campuses or branches you choose; the delivery apps you use; your budget band, timing, time zone and availability; your message; on a download request, the download you asked for; which form you used; the page you sent it from, the first page of your visit, the referrer and any UTM campaign fields; the service or package you arrived with; and the time you sent it.

A successful request can also send a notification email to the studio.

The security layer keeps hashed transient duplicate and rate-limit state. A raw IP address is not included in the lead record or the JSONL file, and a raw user agent is not stored there.

Browser storage and analytics

Session storage in your browser can keep allowlisted campaign, source, service and package context for your visit. After you send a form, it can also keep a pending lead marker and a short list of lead events already measured, which may include the type of organisation and market you chose, so that each request is counted once. Local storage keeps your analytics consent choice.

GA4 analytics loads only after you accept analytics consent, and advertising storage stays off. The cookie notice describes the storage and identifiers in more detail.

Sensitive information

Do not submit any pupil's personal information, or other sensitive personal data, through the contact form or the download request form.
