What onboarding looks like

From kickoff to live in weeks.

Week 1

Discovery & audit

A focused kickoff call, access to the relevant accounts, and a review of your current channels, competitors and goals. You confirm the single outcome that matters most.

Week 2

Plan & sign-off

We share the scope, channel mix and first-cycle plan. You approve it before production begins, so there are no surprises on scope or cost.

Weeks 2-4

Build & launch

The first deliverables are produced and shipped. Most custom websites go live in under a week once we have your content and brand direction; other channels launch on the approved calendar.

Monthly

Report & iterate

From launch onward we run a monthly cycle: a performance report, next-month priorities, and the ongoing edits and improvements included in your scope.

Monthly reports

Every plan includes a monthly performance report - reach, engagement, rankings, opens, clicks or enquiries depending on the service - with the next month's priorities attached.

One business day

We reply to messages within one business day. You always know who your point of contact is and where a request stands.

One request at a time

We keep a single active edit or request moving at once so work ships quickly and nothing gets stuck in a queue. Larger changes are quoted separately.

How pricing & scoping works

Low anchors, honest scope.

Each service has a low starting scope - a focused, single-channel engagement priced from as little as $150-$300. That anchor keeps the entry point honest; the final number depends on how many channels, locations, pages and content pieces are involved.

We agree the full scope on a discovery call and you sign off before we begin. Anything outside the core scope - ad spend, creator fees, e-commerce, booking systems or large list migrations - is named and quoted separately, never buried in a retainer.

What is your process for a new project?

Four steps, applied to every discipline: audit, plan, execute and iterate. We review where you stand, agree a measurable plan, ship the work, then report and improve on a monthly cycle. Everything traces back to the single business goal we set at the start.

How long does onboarding take?

Most engagements move from kickoff to first launch within two to four weeks, depending on scope. Custom websites can go live in under a week once we have your content and brand direction; broader programmes ramp over the first month.

How often will I hear from you?

You get a performance report every month with the numbers that moved and the next priorities. Day to day, we reply within one business day, and we keep one active edit or request in progress at a time so nothing stalls.

What do you need from me to get started?

Access to the relevant accounts, your brand assets and any existing content, plus a point of contact who can give timely approvals. The clearer the input at kickoff, the faster we can launch.

How does pricing and scoping work?

We start from a low, honest starter scope for each service, then tailor the final scope on a discovery call. Extras like ad spend, creator fees, e-commerce and large migrations are named and scoped separately. Full starting prices are on the pricing page.

What happens after launch?

Launch is the start, not the finish. Every plan includes a monthly rhythm of reporting, edits and improvements, so the work keeps compounding instead of going stale after the first delivery.
