Who we work with

Our restaurant work is built for groups that run roughly 3 to 30 branches in Saudi Arabia, whether in Riyadh, Jeddah, the Eastern Province or elsewhere, and for multi-branch brands in the UAE. That includes:

  • restaurant brands with several branches, including brands opening new ones;
  • specialty coffee and cafe groups;
  • cloud-kitchen operators running several brands on the delivery apps;
  • franchisees running local-store marketing for their own territory.

The work is set up for the marketing manager. The owner or founder approves plans and budgets, and operations or area managers keep each branch’s facts current. Single outlets and new openings are served on our Foundation plan, although this page is written for groups.

We are not the right studio for hotels and hospitality groups, photography-only briefs, influencer brokerage, help obtaining trade or municipal licences, FMCG brands or catering-only businesses.

From one branch to many

Marketing a restaurant group is mostly operations: the same facts have to be right in many places at once. What changes as you grow is how many copies of each fact exist and who is allowed to change them.

At three branches, each branch needs its own Google Business Profile, its own page on your website and its own listing on every delivery app you use. The menu stops being one document: items, prices, photos and add-ons have to match across branches, apps and the website. One person can still hold it together, with a branch register that records each branch’s name, address, hours, phone number, profile link and app listings.

At six branches, the branches start to differ. One closes later at weekends, one has no dine-in seating, one runs a shorter menu. Every change needs an owner and a log. Give approvals to one person, usually the marketing manager rather than the founder, and ask area managers to report changes in their branches. Report branch by branch, because a group total hides the branch that is slipping.

At fifteen branches, the work needs a routine: a monthly check of every profile and listing, seasonal hours scheduled weeks before they apply, one approval path for offers and creative, and reports by city or region as well as by branch. Openings need a launch checklist so that the profile, the branch page and the app listings go live together, and closures need one too.

Our scope bands follow the same steps; pricing for restaurant groups shows where your group fits.

Branch visibility on Google Maps

Google’s guidelines for Business Profiles allow a profile for a business with a physical location that customers can visit, and say not to create more than one page for each location. For a restaurant group, that means one real profile for each branch that customers can visit, at an address with permanent signage, and no extra profiles for districts you deliver to but do not trade from.

The same guidelines ask chains to use the same name for every location in a country, so the profile name is the brand alone, without a district or branch label. They rule out a name repeated in two scripts, such as the brand in Arabic and in English in one profile name, even when the shop sign shows both. And they tell restaurants to list the hours when diners can sit down and eat, falling back to takeaway, drive-through or, as a last resort, delivery hours when there is no dine-in.

Hours need a plan of their own. Google lets you use your current seasonal hours as your regular hours and set special hours for particular days. Its holiday list for Saudi Arabia includes Founding Day, both Eids and Saudi National Day, and on listed holidays a profile may warn people that its hours might differ, so we schedule special hours for those dates in advance. For Ramadan, we set each branch’s Ramadan hours as its regular hours for the month, add special hours for Eid, and restore the usual hours afterwards.

Reviews are collected and answered branch by branch. Google lets you ask customers for a review with a link or a QR code, and its guidance on reviews prohibits incentives such as free or discounted items in exchange for a review. A free dessert for a five-star review breaks that rule; a QR code on the receipt or the delivery bag, offered to every customer, does not.

Our Google Business Profile checklist covers a single profile in detail, and how to get more Google reviews covers the ask. Across branches, both are part of our local SEO and Google Maps work.

Delivery apps

Every branch you run on HungerStation, Jahez, Keeta or Talabat is a listing someone has to keep right: the brand name and logo, photos, menu structure and descriptions, prices, add-ons, availability, hours and the promotions running on it. When a branch shows one set of hours in an app and another on Google Maps, one of them is wrong.

We work on those listings through each platform’s supported tools and the access you give us: menu structure and copy, photography briefs and photo selection, availability and hours per branch, and in-app promotions and ads planned with you and paid from your own budget. Which platforms you join is your decision, and we work across whichever apps you use.

We do not operate merchant accounts. You hold the account, the contract, prices and payouts, and your team accepts the orders. We do not quote platform commissions or ad minimums either; those sit in your partner agreement and portal.

Our guide to how restaurants register on HungerStation, Jahez and Keeta covers sign-up, listings and in-app ads platform by platform, for Saudi Arabia and the UAE.

Seasonal campaigns: Ramadan, Founding Day, National Day and Riyadh Season

Plan the Saudi year around these dates, each with its own hours, menus, offers and content, branch by branch.

Ramadan. The official Umm al-Qura calendar lists 1 Ramadan 1448 as Monday 8 February 2027 and 1 Shawwal, Eid al-Fitr, as Tuesday 9 March 2027. The actual start depends on the moon sighting, so treat both as expected dates. Ramadan brings the iftar and suhoor dayparts, so each branch needs its own iftar and suhoor menus, later hours and delivery windows, with every change scheduled on Google, the apps and your website before the month begins. We recommend agreeing branch schedules and offers by mid-December, so that pages, creative and listings are ready in January.

Founding Day. A royal order made 22 February Founding Day and an official holiday every year. In 2027 it falls inside the expected Ramadan dates, so Founding Day offers and hours have to work around iftar and suhoor.

National Day. Saudi National Day falls on 23 September each year and marks the unification of the Kingdom. Its offers and branch hours belong in the same schedule.

Riyadh Season. The General Entertainment Authority has announced that Riyadh Season 2026 opens on Wednesday 21 October with a 10-week programme, as reported by the Saudi Press Agency.

An offer needs a page it can live on: the dates, the branches taking part, the terms and a way to order or reserve. Seasonal offer pages are a named feature of our Growth and Authority plans, and each one passes our compliance checklist before it goes live: no national flag or official emblem in the creative (our own rule), seasonal and religious wording checked before publishing, and offer terms approved by your team. Around each date, social media for branch launches and seasonal menus keeps the offer in front of the people who already follow you.

Restaurant marketing for Riyadh, Jeddah and the Eastern Province

If you are choosing a restaurant marketing agency for Saudi Arabia, ask how it plans each city. We plan Saudi work city by city, and the delivery apps give good reason to. HungerStation’s Saudi site lists Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, Al Khobar and Makkah among the areas it serves, and it groups its customer-voted 2025 restaurant awards by Central, Eastern and Western region. Jahez describes itself as a Saudi platform for delivering restaurant orders, and its homepage limits partner sign-up to Saudi Arabia, although the registration form also lists Bahrain. Keeta’s Saudi site runs its own merchant onboarding. Each app is another set of branch listings to keep in step with Google.

Riyadh adds its season to the map. Riyadh Season’s 2026 programme spreads across zones and venues such as Boulevard World, Boulevard City, The Groves and VIA Riyadh, according to the Saudi Press Agency. If a branch sits near one of them, plan its hours, delivery coverage and content around event nights.

For creator work, the General Authority for Media Regulation licenses individuals to provide advertising content through social media platforms, a licence its English page calls Mothoq. Before we brief anyone for creator campaigns for branch launches, we check that they hold it; the licence stays with the creator. For choosing smaller local creators for a single branch, see our guide to micro-influencer campaigns.

UAE brands, served remotely

We work with multi-branch brands in the UAE the same way as with Saudi groups: remotely from Lahore, in English, following the steps in how an engagement runs. The platforms differ. Talabat’s UAE site lists the cities it serves: Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Al Ain, Ajman, Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah and Umm Al Quwain. Careem’s restaurant partner form lists the UAE among its countries and asks how many outlets you run. Deliveroo runs a UAE site with its own restaurant partner sign-up, noon Food’s partner form lists Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah and the rest of the UAE, and Keeta runs a UAE site with merchant onboarding.

Google’s holiday list for the UAE includes National Day on 2 December as well as both Eids, so set special hours for those dates at every UAE branch. For creator work, the UAE’s National Media Authority issues an Advertising Permit to individuals who publish advertising content on social media and other digital platforms, and we check it before briefing, as we do for Saudi Arabia. Reviews on Google and on each app are answered branch by branch, the same as for Saudi groups.

Cafes and cloud kitchens

For a cafe group, the profile category, the photos and the website menu should say what a cafe sells: coffee, the drinks and food on the current menu, and the seating each branch offers. When seasonal drinks come and go, update the website, the apps and every branch’s profile together, and set each branch’s hours for the early mornings and late evenings it actually opens.

Cloud kitchens need a different setup. Google’s rules for virtual food brands let a delivery-only brand appear on Google Maps if it has distinct branded packaging and a distinct website, with a service area shown instead of the kitchen’s address. So each brand you run from one kitchen needs its own website and packaging, and its own menu, photos and hours on each app, even when one kitchen cooks for all of them; our guide to the delivery apps covers the listing side. We build each brand’s site on our website packages, so the website, the profile and the listings describe the same brand.

Questions restaurant groups ask.

Where are you based?

Digital Space Co is based in Lahore, Pakistan and has no office in the GCC. We work remotely with schools and restaurant groups in Saudi Arabia and the UAE. Our working hours are Monday to Saturday, 10:00-19:00 Pakistan time (08:00-17:00 in Riyadh, 09:00-18:00 in Dubai). Meetings run by video call, and access, approvals and reports are handled online.

Do you run our HungerStation, Jahez or Keeta account?

No. You hold and operate your merchant accounts on HungerStation, Jahez, Keeta and the other delivery apps, including orders, menu prices, payouts and the platform contract. We optimise your listings through each platform's supported tools and the access you give us: menu structure and descriptions, photos, branch hours and availability, and in-app promotions that you approve and pay for. We do not quote platform commissions or ad minimums; check your partner agreement.

Can you manage Google Maps for 12 branches?

Yes. We keep one real Business Profile for each branch that customers can visit, in line with Google's guidelines, and manage its hours (including Ramadan and holiday hours), photos, menu and ordering links, and reviews, branch by branch. Twelve branches usually fits our Authority plan, which covers six to fifteen branches; groups with 16 or more branches are quoted. We confirm the scope on a call.

What does it cost for a restaurant group?

We recommend Growth for most groups: SAR 3,750 (USD 1,000; indicative; billed in USD) a month on a 12-month term, for up to five branches, with the website build included. One or two branches fit Foundation at SAR 1,875 (USD 500; indicative; billed in USD) a month on a 6-month term, and six to fifteen branches fit Authority at SAR 5,625 (USD 1,500; indicative; billed in USD) a month on a 12-month term. Groups with 16 or more branches or several brands are quoted. The branch counts are a typical fit; we confirm the scope on a call. The one-off activation fee and the full terms are on our pricing page, and paid media spend is not included.

How soon will we see more orders?

We cannot promise a date or a number: orders depend on your branches, your season and the scope you choose. What we can tell you is the order of work. Month 1 is the audit, account access and the plan you approve. By month 3 the first work is live, once content, access and approvals are in, and monthly reports have started. At month 6 we review against the starting point recorded in month 1.

Do you make Ramadan and national-day offer pages?

Yes, on Growth and Authority. Seasonal offer pages for Ramadan, Founding Day, National Day and Eid are a named feature of both plans, built around your branches, dates, hours and offer terms. Each page passes our compliance checklist before it goes live: no national flag or official emblem in the creative (our own rule), seasonal and religious wording checked before publishing, and offer terms approved by your team.

Do you handle influencers and their permits?

We run creator campaigns for branch launches and seasonal menus: shortlists, briefs and reporting, with creator fees approved by you separately. We do not act as a talent broker. Where a market requires an advertising permit for creators or advertisers, we check it before briefing, and the client and the creator hold it. In Saudi Arabia, the General Authority for Media Regulation licenses individuals to provide advertising content through social media platforms (its Mothoq licence); in the UAE, the National Media Authority issues an Advertising Permit to individuals who publish advertising content on social media and other digital platforms.

Can you show restaurant work?

We have no named restaurant clients we can show yet, and we do not publish logos or results without written permission. What we can show is sample deliverables, labelled as samples, such as our delivery-app onboarding checklist, and websites we designed and built for clients in Saudi Arabia and the UAE, each labelled by its real sector: the product website for ThriveLink, a Saudi software company, and an English and Arabic website for Finsera, a UAE accounting and tax firm.

We are opening our first branch; do you work with single outlets?

Yes. A single outlet or a new opening fits our Foundation plan: SAR 1,875 (USD 500; indicative; billed in USD) a month on a 6-month term, for one or two branches, with the website build included. It covers your website, with your menu and ordering links, and technical and local SEO foundations. This page and our guides are written for groups with several branches; if you add branches later, we review the scope with you.

Do you work in Arabic?

We work in English. We have delivered English and Arabic builds, such as the website for Finsera, a UAE accounting and tax firm, and we build sites with a bilingual-ready (right-to-left-ready) structure. Arabic copy is scoped and quoted separately, and it is never machine-translated.

Tell us about your branches.

How many branches, which cities, which delivery apps: we will say which plan fits and what it costs.
