Accounting and tax support · United Arab Emirates
Finsera UAE: an English and Arabic website for an accounting firm
An English and Arabic website for a UAE accounting and tax firm, designed and built remotely by Digital Space Co from Lahore, with a mirrored right-to-left Arabic version and enquiry paths in both languages.
This is delivery proof of how we build bilingual sites, not a school or restaurant engagement.
About this build
What the site had to do
Finsera UAE offers accounting and tax support to businesses in the United Arab Emirates: e-invoicing readiness, corporate tax and VAT preparation, bookkeeping, management reporting and outsourced finance.
Read from that purpose, the site had three jobs: set out a long list of services without burying the deadline-driven work, give Arabic readers the core of the site in their own language and reading direction, and make an enquiry easy to start in either language.
What we built
Below the hero, the home page offers three entry points (e-invoicing, corporate tax and VAT), then recurring finance services, a written scope showing what is and is not included, four steps describing how the work runs, and FAQs.
Service pages share one template: who the service suits, what is included and excluded, deliverables, what is needed to start, reporting cadence, related articles, an enquiry form and FAQs. The tax pages also link to official guidance on government sites. Around them sit a services index, free tax and finance tools, a blog grouped into topic paths, a team profile and a contact page.
Enquiry paths
The site offers several ways to start a conversation, in English and in Arabic:
- A consultation button in the header and the hero, which opens the contact page.
- A WhatsApp link with a prefilled message, alongside the phone number and email address.
- An enquiry form on each service page.
- A contact page form (name, company, work email, optional phone and service, and the request itself) beside a four-step note on what happens next.
The Arabic version
Arabic pages have their own addresses under /ar/ and are marked as Arabic and right to left, so the whole layout mirrors: the logo, menu and headings start from the right, the illustrative engagement table in the hero flips its columns, and the floating WhatsApp button moves to the opposite corner. Phone numbers and email addresses stay left to right inside Arabic text so they read correctly.
The Arabic set covers the home page, the services index and every service page, the corporate tax and VAT pages, the tools page and most of the tools, the team profile, the contact page and a selection of articles. The switcher on the live site also lists Hindi and Russian; this case covers the English and Arabic build.
- Arabic navigation, breadcrumbs, page titles and search descriptions.
- Enquiry forms with Arabic labels, service options and buttons; each enquiry carries the language of the page it was sent from.
- A language switcher that links every page to its own translation and, on pages that exist in English alone, offers English alone, so no reader is sent to a missing page.
- Language alternates declared on each page, so search engines can pair the English and Arabic versions.
